Your NHS is changing. Do you get a say?

Right now, local health and care services are being redesigned under a new model called Neighbourhood Health – and decisions are being made that will affect every one of us.

So far, nobody has asked what we think. That needs to change.

The South Woodham Ferrers Health & Social Care Group has partnered with the University of Warwick Medical School to make sure local voices are heard — properly heard, through independent academic research. This survey covers South Woodham Ferrers, the Dengie and Maldon, and it could directly shape how your local services are run.

This may be our one chance to influence what happens next. If we don’t speak up now, decisions will simply be made for us.

It takes 20 minutes. That’s a small ask for a real say.
