NHS Essex is inviting people across Essex to take part in a short, anonymous survey about bowel cancer symptoms.
What you tell us could help build the clearest picture yet of how people across Essex recognise and respond to bowel cancer symptoms.
For those eligible, the survey also asks about experiences of NHS bowel cancer screening.
The findings will help us understand where support could make the biggest difference.
It takes just five minutes and is open until Monday 7 December.
