Dear Kingsway Surgery patients, we would like to offer our sincere apologies for the queue lengths at our covid and flu vaccination clinic on Saturday 5th October 2024.
Sadly, one of our vaccinators did not arrive which meant we could only start the clinic with 4 teams working; thankfully Dr Krish stepped up to help and became a vaccinator, giving us 5 teams working, but by that time the queue had already built up.
The marshals were updating patients where possible with this information and our teams were trying to work as fast as they safely could to help move the queue along as quickly as possible, Greenwood Surgery also kindly offered to see any patients that were just having covid vaccinations to help with the queue, for which we have expressed our gratitude.
Thank you all for your patience and for staying to ensure you had your vaccinations completed and once again our sincere apologies for the delays and any inconvenience that may have been caused on Saturday 5th October 2024.
