None of our Welcome Cafe’s or the Friendship group will run until further notice, however the Futures in Mind Allotment Project is running again within the current social distancing guidelines.

Annual General Meeting
Our AGM will take place on Wednesday 23rd September from 2pm at Firstsite, Lewis Gardens, Colchester. This year the AGM will be a short business meeting, our usual refreshments and networking afterwards has been postponed for this year. The most recent social distancing guidelines will be followed and we will update all attendees prior to the meeting. If you would like to attend please email Donna Rudling on email@example.com.
New services to offer support to NHS workers during the Coronavirus pandemic
Our telephone support service for all NHS, Care and Hospice staff in North East Essex and East Suffolk is open between 9am – 1am weekdays and 5pm – 1am over the weekend providing support to anyone working in a care setting affected by the Coronavirus outbreak.
Those that might need longer term support will have counselling made available through Mid and North East Essex Mind or Suffolk Mind, depending on the your location.
