February 13 @ 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Farleigh Hospice invites you to join the People Advising The Hospice (PATH) Group. This group meets quarterly with the location and timings of each meeting varying, to enable a wide range of people to attend. Attendees can be anyone from patients, friends and family, carers, staff, volunteers and anyone who has an interest in the development of Hospice services.
The next meeting will be in the Dengie area and location to be confirmed nearer the date. The theme of this group session will be Dementia ; what could we be doing differently at Farleigh Hospice?
This forum provides an opportunity for us to ask for your opinions, listen to your feedback and ensure that our services are being developed in a way that is useful to the people who use them.
The purpose of this group is to be involved in improving all aspects of our care – including emotional, physical and spiritual aspects from catering to clinical, dementia to physiotherapy, housekeeping to fundraising and everything in between.
Please contact Devika Chowdhury, Hospice Engagement Lead, to let Farleigh Hospice know that you will be attending and to receive details of the confirmed location. For more information, you can call 01245 933714, email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit www.farleighhospice.org/path
