Patient Survey https://bit.ly/3GJYQ4a A patient/public survey seeking views on the future of community pharmacy to support their health and care runs until 31 March 2022.  This is a chance for patients to influence the development of the five-year Community Pharmacy Strategy.  The findings from this survey will be used to inform future strategy.
