Hello again.
In the last email we spoke about the importance of making any change that you want to make to your life as easy as possible. In this email, I will be discussing the role our environment plays in developing healthy habits.
When you open your fridge or cupboards, what do you see? By resisting the urge to fill your trolley (online or actual) with treats loaded with sugar, you will help to remove the temptation.
If you’re struggling for inspiration on nutritious, filling and tasty snacks and drinks – the good news is help is at hand. There are loads of recipe ideas on nhs.uk or click the button below for food swap ideas from the Essex Wellbeing Service.
