Contact tracing complex cases through NHS Test and Trace
Complex cases of COVID-19, such as those linked to care homes, prisons or schools, that are harder to contact trace are referred to PHE health protection teams. SWF has care homes, schools plus homeless people being looked after by CHESS in Chelmsford.
