SWF GPs have also invited some patients to this event. High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) was found to be the highest serious condition suffered by people in SWF when we undertook our research into health conditions and services in 2023.

On 18th September from 12pm onwards, the SWF GP Services will be closed. It needs noting that doesn’t mean the building will be closed.
