Do you, or someone you care for, use more than one health or care service?
If so, we would really value your feedback. Our survey is designed to capture the lived experiences of people and carers who access multiple health and social care services across mid and south Essex.
Your views will help us better understand how services work together, where things are working well, and where improvements are needed.
We are particularly keen to hear from people who use services across more than one of the following areas:
- health services, such as GP practices, community nursing, hospital clinics or mental health support
- social care services, including adult social care, home care, supported living or carers’ support
- community and voluntary sector services, such as charities, support groups, befriending or transport services
The survey is quick to complete and your responses are confidential. The deadline to take part is Friday 30 January 2026.
