Share your experience of community mental health services

We’re reaching out to ask for your help in shaping the future of community mental health services in mid and south Essex. Your experience will help us to ensure that our services truly reflect what matters to you and your loved ones.

Have you used community mental health services in our area? Have you supported someone who has? If so, we’d love to hear about your experience. Whether your journey has been positive, challenging, or somewhere in between, your feedback will help us understand what’s working well and where we can improve.

We’re seeking feedback on any of the following community mental health services:

  • NHS Talking Therapies (previously known as IAPT)
  • Recovery College
  • Healthy Minds (previously known as Wellbeing Hubs, Happy Hubs, 18-25s, and Positive Pathways services)
  • Depression & Wellbeing Calls
  • Individual Placement & Support (IPS)
  • Mental Health Practitioners in GP Practices – Core Services
  • Physical Health Checks for Severe Mental Illness (SMI)

When you share your story, you’re helping us build services informed by real, lived experience. Your responses will directly support our work in developing a programme that delivers better experiences for all residents across mid and south Essex.

Whether you’re currently using the services, have previously used them, or supported someone who has used this service, each voice matters and can help create change.

The survey closes at 5pm on Wednesday 18th February and only takes a few minutes to complete. All responses will remain anonymous:
