Help improve diagnostic test services

We want to hear about your experiences of having diagnostic tests – such as blood tests, scans or other procedures carried out in hospital, at your GP surgery or in the community.

Your feedback will help us improve how tests are provided and how results are shared across hospitals, GP practices and community clinics in mid and south Essex.

This short survey is part of a wider improvement project. We want to make sure patients receive the right tests at the right time, and get clear, timely results. Any improvements made will be developed with healthcare staff and will focus on making the experience better for you.

  • Identify ways to make booking and waiting for tests easier
  • Improve how and when you receive your test results
