We are inviting residents to share their views on adult vaccinations through a short, anonymous survey.
We want to understand what influences your decisions about vaccinations like flu jabs, COVID-19 boosters, shingles, pneumococcal, and RSV vaccines. Whether you regularly get vaccinated or not, your honest feedback is valuable to us.
Why are we asking?
Our area has lower vaccination rates than other parts of the East of England. We want to understand why this might be, so we can make services more accessible and address any concerns you might have. We are also looking at how we can improve the way we communicate about vaccinations – ensuring the information we provide is clear, relevant and tailored to help people make informed decisions about their health.
How you can help:
Please take a few minutes to complete our short survey – it takes around 5 minutes to finish.
Your responses are completely anonymous, and your feedback will directly help us improve local vaccination services.
The survey is open until 31 July 2025.
In addition to the survey, we’re also working closely with community and faith groups across mid and south Essex to gain a deeper understanding of people’s experiences.
If you’d prefer to share more detailed feedback, or would like this information in a different format, please email us at mseics.getinvolved@nhs.net.
Thank you for taking the time to help improve healthcare in our community.
