Mid Essex Recovery College Courses May schedule

Below are the May Recovery College courses.

We are continuing with our evening courses and have added some new courses this month. We are continuing with our Bite-size sessions for wellbeing and this month you can learn some practical tips on relaxation breathing, journalling and Digital Wellbeing. We also have a bite-size session on the 29 April which is concentrating on Eating healthily for Recovery.

We are looking to develop some courses that look at Neurodiversity and as co-production is the heart of what we do we are inviting people to attend some co-production sessions to contribute their voice to the development of this course. If you would like to get involved there are two sessions running in May but if you are unable to make those please email your interest and a member of the team will be in touch.
