Alongside our usual course delivery, we have introduced some new courses and workshops next month
- Bite-sized skills for Wellbeing – starting in April a series of evening workshops that explore practical tools to help support recovery and wellbeing, topics covered in April are Goal Setting for pain, Active Listening, Goal Setting and Eating Healthily for Recovery
- Community Services to support Recovery – evening sessions that will provide and overview of Community services that can help support recovery based on specific topics, April will explore services that support Veterans and exploring the subject of Mental Health First Aid.
- Building of the Self care and story telling course specifically tailored for the LGBTQ+ community we are running a co-production session for anyone who may be interested in adding their voice to the development of this course.
- Bereavement and Loss – this workshop will begin again at the end of April
- Finding and retaining Employment – for students who are looking for work and those that are currently employed and are dealing with mental health challenges.
