This month we have a number of projects we are seeking your feedback on. There is also the opportunity to win a £10 voucher!
Firstly, We are collecting the experiences from people who have been discharged from hospital in the mid and south Essex area, via a survey.
We will be using the feedback to improve; the way patients are discharged; the services you could receive in the community; and the way you are supported to ensure you have the right care, to meet your needs, when you get home.
We encourage anyone who has been discharged from hospital since 1 August 2024 to give us their views. The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete, but it may take a little longer if you choose to write detailed responses.
