All our courses are free of charge and open to anyone, aged 18 and over and residing, working or studying in Mid Essex, or working in a caring or professional role with Mid Essex residents.
Alongside our usual courses we have several courses in December to support people through the festive period starting with Looking after yourself in the Festive season which is running from the 26 November and includes courses on Volunteering, The gift of Stillness, Peace and Contentment and Reflecting in Writing.
