1 in 6 people live with a neurological condition ranging from headaches and other relatively common issues, to more serious ones such as MS, MND, strokes, brain injury or tumours and epilepsy.
The Neurological Alliance is the leading coalition of over 90 charities working to transform quality of life for people with neurological conditions. It is hoping to gain invaluable insights into care, treatment and support across the country.
The survey is not only looking at the experiences of adults and children affected by neurological conditions, but their informal carers as well. There are separate forms for them to fill in. See attached poster.
