As a reminder, the pre-birth to 19 Universal Service (part of the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Services) works with all families living in our District. We run a wide range of weekly activities, programmes/ courses and drop in sessions, run community events, complete children’s development checks and much more.
We also offer a wide range of 121 family support- all free of charge.

To refer a family (with their consent) for some additional support
- Call us on 0300 247 0014 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
- Or complete a referral form (can be downloaded here) https://essexfamilywellbeing.co.uk/services/family-support/
Families can also refer themselves directly/ access support from us by
- Calling on 0300 247 0014
- Dropping in to their local Family Hub during opening hours
- Attending one of the sessions on our timetable/ attached posters and speaking with the staff member running the session
