Everyone deserves the best experience possible at the end of life – with access to high quality care and support when and where they need it most.

On behalf of those responsible for shaping palliative and end of life care, NHS East of England and Marie Curie are conducting a study to understand the experiences of people in the East of England, which NHS Mid and South Essex is pleased to support.

Whatever your experience of terminal illness, we encourage you to take part. Your input could help ensure a better end of life for all. Complete the survey by clicking the button below.

You can also register your interest to take part in a one-to-one interview or group discussion. To find out more about the study, please visit the Marie Curie website or read the Survey Participant Information Sheet.

Help completing survey

If you need help completing the survey, prefer a paper version, or would like guidance over the telephone – including in different languages, please send an email to EastofEnglandInfo@mariecurie.org.uk or call the East of England Hub on 0121 752 9305.

Need support?

Completing the survey requires you to reflect on your own experiences of living with terminal illness and accessing care – or in the case that you are sharing experiences of someone who has died, a bereavement. This may bring up experiences that may be upsetting. If you need emotional support at any stage, you can contact Marie Curie’s Support Line on
0800 090 2309.
