Our South Woodham Carers Support Group runs every first Friday of the month, providing an opportunity for carers to meet together to socialise, build friendships, gain peer support from each other and be informed of specialist information from a Carer Support Advisor who will be facilitating the group. Group sessions sometimes involve guest speakers or fun activities. Refreshments are provided.
