Help Improve NHS Outpatient Communication in Mid and South Essex

We’ve joined forces with the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT) to gather your feedback on how outpatient appointment letters are communicated to you. Your input will be instrumental in ensuring that more individuals are directed to the correct healthcare services when they need it most.

We value your insights, as well as those of your family and friends, about the outpatient appointment letters you’ve received. To make it easy for you to share your experiences, we’ve created an online survey that is accessible to all residents in mid and south Essex areas.
