We’ve joined forces with the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT) to gather your feedback on how outpatient appointment letters are communicated to you. Your input will be instrumental in ensuring that more individuals are directed to the correct healthcare services when they need it most.
We value your insights, as well as those of your family and friends, about the outpatient appointment letters you’ve received. To make it easy for you to share your experiences, we’ve created an online survey that is accessible to all residents in mid and south Essex areas.
The survey will be open until 5:00 PM on Friday, September 15. You can participate by clicking on the button below. If you require the survey in an alternative format, please email us at mseics.getinvolved@nhs.net.
Please note that all collected data will be anonymised in the final report. If you wish to provide your contact details, it will only be for the purpose of potentially joining future focus groups to aid in ongoing improvements.
