Dementia Action Week (15-21st May) is an annual event that aims to raise awareness about dementia, challenge societal stigma, and encourage meaningful actions that can positively impact the lives of individuals living with this condition.
Aligned with this year’s theme of ‘dementia diagnosis’, we have organised a Virtual Dementia Tour. This unique tour offers participants a direct experience of the physical and cognitive challenges associated with dementia, enabling a deeper understanding of the condition.
The Virtual Dementia Tour promises to be an enlightening and transformative experience, allowing participants to develop a heightened awareness of the impact of dementia and gain profound insights into the syndrome.

Come along to The Meadows Shopping Centre next Wednesday, 24 May, from 9:30 am-12:30 pm for a virtual dementia tour.
Alternatively, you can take the tour at Chelmsford Sports and Athletics Centre on the same day, from 1:30 pm-4 pm instead.
