Update: Have your say in the future of Community Pharmacy

Content originally from NHS England

We hope you are well and are having a good Autumn.

Thank you for filling out our community pharmacy survey back in the Spring. You let us know you wanted to be kept in touch, so we are writing to share some headline results of the survey and some information about what is coming next.

In the survey we asked what is important to you, what works well now, and how you feel about the idea of community pharmacies doing more.  We have analysed the 854 responses and written a survey report.  Below is a brief preview of the survey report highlighting a few key headlines.

The findings of the survey are informing the 5-year community strategy pharmacy which we are currently putting the finishing touches to. The report will be published online and available for the public in December 2022.

We will drop you a line when it is published and send you the link if you would like to read it.

In the meantime, since 80% of respondents indicated they were interested in the community pharmacy helping manage blood pressure we thought you might be interested in a survey Eastern Academic Health Science Network has launched. They would appreciate your views so they can better understand people’s knowledge about and experiences of blood pressure across the East of England. To share your views, complete the survey.

For each completed EAHSN will donate £3 to Blood Pressure UK.

Thanks again.
